Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience! The pool was lovely and the rooms were very spacious and clean. We especially appreciated the fresh fruit factory nearby and the great location close to many restaurants and attractions. the staff were very welcoming and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Communication between staff was not great. We had asked for our room to be made up twice, but it didn't happen and we received a 4am wake-up call that we didn't request.

The spacious and well-designed rooms with double sinks and plenty of power outlets were great. the location was also convenient for walking to the market and restaurants but not too noisy. the spa services were quite good with skilled therapists and nice products available.
The staff could have been more helpful and polite. They seemed to lack enthusiasm and were not always willing to attend to our needs.

It was close to the floating villages organised by the 'Community First', one of the supper markets, and some cafes in Siem Reap. the staff's service was fantastic; they helped book taxis and buses. My room was spacious, had a big comfy bed, and the air conditioning was very quiet. the bathroom was clean, and the huge bath tub was perfect for unwinding.
The breakfast portions were small, and the level of English of some staff was low.
